Aluminum Ceiling Installation Methods

Aluminum ceilings offer four different installation methods, tailored to the site environment and customer needs: clip-on installation, screw-on installation, floating installation, and hook-on installation.

Clip-in Installation

Screw Fixing Installation

A common method for square aluminum ceiling panels. First fix main and triangular keels. Align panel edge clips with keel slots, press firmly to lock in place. No screws or glue required, enabling quick assembly and disassembly. Perfect for kitchens and bathrooms, easy to maintain and replace.

Ideal for irregular aluminum ceiling panels and customized designs. First secure the keel frame, then align the panel with the frame, fasten it using self-tapping screws at the edges. Ensure firm fixation and flat splicing. It offers strong stability and is suitable for exhibition halls and hotel lobbies.

Suspended Installation

Hook-on Installation

Ideal for large-area engineering ceilings. Suspend the keel frame from the ceiling with hangers and screws first. Then place the aluminum ceiling panels onto the frame and secure them. This method reserves top space for maintenance of pipelines and air conditioners, featuring high stability and wide applicability.

Suitable for strip aluminum ceiling panels and large engineering boards. Align the side hook grooves of panels with dedicated keels, then interlock them tightly. The joints are seamless with excellent flatness. It boasts strong wind resistance, perfect for high-traffic areas like malls, offices and airports.
