Customized metal stainless steel screens are mainly made of 304 Grade or 316 Grade stainless steel. 304 Grade is corrosion-resistant and cost-effective, while 316 is acid-resistant and alkali-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. During production, laser cutting is first performed according to the design drawings to accurately shape the shape; then the components are firmly spliced.together through welding; then surface treatment is performed, such as brushing, mirror polishing or etching patterns; finally, assembly quality inspection is completed to ensure accurate size and firm structure before delivery.
